Our Salem collection is based on the Mallorca stone, known as “El Marés”, from the Balearic Islands. It is a sandstone composed of fragments accumulated on its surface that give it a sandy granular structure and appearance. Our choice of tones, Clar and Dune, covers all its original colour, maintaining the purity of the stone, suitable for projects of great diversity thanks to its warm tones and soft background.

Cerámica Mayor recommends that the adhesive material to be used is flexible tile adhesive cement type C2 TE S2 and, for the joint, a flexible grout type CG2 WA. Expansion joints should be filled with an elastic, anti-acid putty.
